Earlier, he had been the Vice President in charge of Packaged Goods practice for Richards Consultants, which was one of the country's top ten search companies at that time..
His hands-on marketing knowledge and client service expertise emanate from working in brand management at Colgate Palmolive, and in account management at leading advertising agencies (Grey, McCann-Erickson, William Esty) servicing major packaged goods clients (Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Chesebrough-Pond's, American Home Products, Colgate=Palmolive). His marketing involvement included launching new products, revitalization of troubled brands and generating growth of leadership franchises.
